Excellent hostel. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Rooms are different: there is a large balcony or in the French style, bath or shower. Sometimes not enough hot water to shower (2 persons at a time). The rest - just porlozhitelnye experience.

very clean, very nice and helpful staff even though one only spoke spanish, everything is very simple but I didn't miss a thing.
The least liked
a bit loud in the morning during the week because of the Gran Via below, there is a motor that works with the WC and it it quite loud ( I could sleep though)

For the price we paid, we got a very good deal.. It is not really near Plaza Catalunya. but near enough to bereached by walking for a little over 5min.

Your hotel-appartments are fine, very good location for us, we participate on the Firo del Disco in Estaçia del Norte every year and stayed as well in the Barcelona Center Plaza. We hope to come back next year and I will book on line in advance. Everything is very sympatico, the persons at the reception, the decoration of the rooms and like I said: the location. All in walking-distance. Super, muchas gracias!

The location is perfect, 15 min walk from Sagrada Familia and La Rambla. 10 min from Arch of Triumph. Lots of caffes and tapa bars near. The staff very helpful.
The least liked
The cleaning was not good. Towels and sheets never changed. And there were hair all over the floor and between towels.

Best
Personnel is very friendly. They really try to find solutions for your problems without bothering you. Location is so good, you're in between the historic and touristic places. The metro station Tetuan is very close to the hotel.
The least liked
First day we stay at the original building but it was extremely loudy, next day we moved to the other building, it was so nice. The sheets of our beds were not changed during our stay.

We want you to pay the lowest price possible for your hotel. Should you find your hotel room, with the same booking conditions, at a lower rate on the internet after you have booked, we'll match it. Just contact us within 24 hours of booking, with details of the website.

Guarantee Terms and Conditions

As hotel prices can change frequently, you must contact us promptly by email priceguarantee@hotelerum.com, but in any event within 24 hours of purchasing your hotel room through el hotel. Your email should include the following information: your name, el hotel reservation number and the website where the lower rate is available. Incomplete or inaccurate emails will not be taken into account.
The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings.
The guarantee only applies in respect of a lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when el hotel validate your claim, within the 24 hour period, screen shots will not be accepted as proof.
The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same hotel as booked through el hotel on the same check-in and check-out dates with the same booking conditions.
The lower rate must be in the same currency.
el hotel will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through el hotel is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show.
If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest rate guarantee terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation policy are still applicable.
Lowest Rate Guarantee does not apply to hotel rooms purchased through or in combination with membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other "reward" type programs or special promotions of the hotel where the booking is made. Lower rates available through opaque sites where the exact hotel isn't known until after booking are also excluded from the guarantee.
